Are you an experienced technician with a passion for diagnostic manufacturing? We're hiring aSenior Manufacturing Technicianto join a growing technical production team focused on ELISA kit manufacturing and reagent preparation. If you're detail-oriented, technically skilled, and confident supporting others, this could be the next step in your career.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Leading the production of ELISA diagnostic kit components including plate coating, buffers, and controls
  • Guiding and mentoring other manufacturing technicians to maintain best practices and high standards
  • Supporting analytical processes and ensuring documentation, calibration, and data analysis are accurate and compliant
  • Maintaining lab operations toGMP/GLPstandards and ensuring Health & Safety procedures are followed
  • Acting as deputy in the absence of the Manufacturing Supervisor

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience in a lab or manufacturing environment (minimum 12 months)
  • Knowledge ofGMP/GLPand clean lab practices
  • A-levels (or equivalent) in a science or maths subject; a science degree is a bonus
  • Confident in Excel, electronic records, and lab documentation
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to train or mentor others
