Lead Engineer – Hertfordshire (Static)

Salary - £45k (DOE)

Working Hours – 8am – 5pm – Monday to Friday + Overtime

Lead Engineer – TXM are currently looking for a permanent Lead Engineer to work on a biomedical campus in Hertfordshire. The Lead Engineer will be assisting the Team Leader overseeing the multi-skilled team, along with carrying out relevant engineering duties.

The Lead Engineer will be managing a diverse team of mechanical, electrical and building fabric engineers working on offices, laboratories and plants.

Lead Engineer Duties -

• Assisting with overseeing all engineers working methods and performance
  
  
• Ensure all plant and equipment is working (carrying out planned and reactive maintenance)
  
  
• Providing technical support for projects
  
  
• Managing and monitoring any subcontractors
  
  M&E Team Lead Specification -
  
  
• Must have maintenance experience within a commercial/industrial setting (i.e laboratories, hospitals, plants, critical environments etc)
  
  
• Must have a minimum of NVQ Level 3 in either electrical or mechanical
  
  The salary for this role is £45,000 where it also comes with 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays, overtime and additional discount schemes.
