We are hiring Lead for global IT services and consulting company specializes in digital engineering, IT consulting, and business transformation services for enterprises across various industries


Role:Lead business consultant

Location:UK (London and Manchester with flexibility to travel to site locations Cambridge or Macclesfield as required)

Hybrid: 3 days a week working from office

6 months extendable contract


Job Description:


Lead business consulting engagements within Medical Affairs, Regulatory, and Commercial IT to understand and translate business goals into actionable strategies.

Serve as a strategic advisor across initiatives involving content management, medical compliance, digital transformation, and customer engagement platforms.

Leverage deep domain knowledge in the Medical/Pharma space to guide platform configuration, process redesign, and solution architecture.

Partner closely with cross-functional teams (IT, Regulatory, Commercial) to ensure business alignment and value delivery across the product and data lifecycle.


Provide business leadership across key platforms including:


  • Veeva Vault (MedComms, PromoMats, Medical CRM)
  • Salesforce Health Cloud and Marketing Cloud
  • Adobe Experience Manager / Adobe Analytics
  • AWS infrastructure and data services


Guide and support niche platform utilization such as:


  • Docuvera medical content and modular content automation
  • iEnvision compliant stakeholder engagement and tracking
  • Contribute to strategic planning, change management, and training related to technology and process implementation in the medical domain.
  • Ensure continuity of domain knowledge by maintaining a stable consulting team and facilitating ongoing upskilling and documentation.


Required Skills & Experience:


10+ years of experience in business consulting or solution advisory roles, with significant exposure to the medical, life sciences, or pharmaceutical industry.

Demonstrated knowledge of regulatory processes, medical content lifecycle, and compliance frameworks (GxP, HIPAA, ABPI, etc.).

Proven experience working with or consulting on:


  • Veeva Vault Medical Suite
  • Salesforce (Health Cloud or Life Sciences verticals)
  • Adobe Experience tools (especially content management and analytics)
  • AWS (cloud strategy, data handling, security)
  • Familiarity with Docuvera and iEnvision platforms or ability to ramp up quickly.
  • Strong facilitation skills and experience conducting stakeholder workshops and executive presentations.
  • Ability to work across global teams and manage multiple concurrent projects.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
