Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced LCMS Team Leader to join our Biopharmaceutical Contract Research Organization (CRO). The ideal candidate will have proven line management experience, a strong background in regulated environments, and expertise in leading analytical studies. This role requires technical proficiency in LC-MS/MS method development, validation, and data analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of scientists to deliver high-quality analytical services. Oversee method development, validation, and troubleshooting for LC-MS/MS in support of biopharmaceutical projects. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., GLP, GCP) across all workflows. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring project timelines and deliverables are met. Maintain and optimize laboratory workflows, instrumentation, and quality control processes.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D. in Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related field. Proven experience in line management and leadership roles. Strong background in LC-MS/MS method development and validation for regulated studies. Familiarity with regulatory guidelines (e.g., FDA, EMA, ICH). Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Salary:

Salary £40,000 - £50,000
