What You'll Be Doing:

• Lab Management & Maintenance: Keep state-of-the-art labs running smoothly with tasks like routine cleaning, equipment calibration, and re-stocking consumables.
  
  
• Analytical Testing: Support vital R&D initiatives by executing manual and automated techniques, including qPCR, ELISA, HPLC, and cell culture methods.
  
  
• Precision & Efficiency: Follow detailed experimental instructions, prepare high-quality reagents, and ensure accurate recording of results to enable groundbreaking discoveries.
  
  
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Use tools like Excel to analyze and share critical findings with multidisciplinary teams.
  
  
• Proactive Innovation: Identify opportunities to improve lab processes, ensuring top-quality results and maximized throughput.
  
  What We're Looking For:
  
  
• Skills & Experience:
  
  
  • Background in a scientific field (GCSE/A-Level/BTEC/NVQ or equivalent).
    
    
  • Organized, proactive, and motivated to excel in a fast-paced research environment.
    
    
  • Must have experience with analytical test methods
    
    
  • Must have experience with molecular techniques including qPCR
