We’re looking for a
Laboratory Technician to join our team, responsible for setting up and
completing daily, weekly, and monthly laboratory operations, including
sampling, analysis, and reporting.



You’ll ensure that
all products in production, from fermentation through to filtration, BBT, and
final packaged product, meet the required quality standards through routine
testing and passport sign-offs as outlined in SOPs.



The role also
includes managing laboratory equipment, reviewing and contributing to relevant
SOPs and Risk Assessments, and seeking continuous improvement opportunities to
enhance laboratory and production processes.

The hours for this role will be predominately day shifts, however flexibility will be required for covering alternative shifts. We operate 6am- 10pm daily.

About you:

  • Laboratory experience.
  • Experience in a production environment, preferably food or beverage.
  • Experience of QA systems.
  • Science Degree or HND science qualification.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Computer literate.
  • Proactive, conscientious and quality driven.
  • Methodical and organized.
  • Team Player.
