Key Account Manager - South West (Gloucester, Avon, Somerset, Devon, Cornwall)


Pharmaceutical | Men's & Women's Health | Field-Based


I am working on an exciting Key Account Manager opportunity with one of the fastest-growing names in the UK pharmaceutical industry. This company is making a real impact in both the Men’s and Women’s health space - two areas seeing rapid growth as awareness around hormone health increases.


We’re looking for a driven, experienced KAM who knows the local landscape well.


What the role looks like:

  • You'll be the primary point of contact for key stakeholders across your accounts.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with ICBs, PCNs, and secondary care teams.
  • Work strategically across both primary and secondary care.
  • Prepare and deliver accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to drive customer success.


Therapy area focus:

  • Women’s Health – 70% primary care (ICBs/PCNs), 30% hospital.
  • Men’s Health – 70% secondary care, 30% primary.


What we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience as a Key Account Manager in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong understanding of the South West healthcare landscape.
  • Background in Men’s or Women’s health is great, but not essential.
  • Great communicator – written and verbal.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office suite.
