Key Account Manager

The role: Thanks to a recent promotion, this leading manufacturer is recruiting a new Key Account Manager to cover their corporate account base in the Midlands. You will sell a range of high-quality hearing instruments to key account audiology retail stores, dealing with audiologists, hearing aid dispensers, and store managers. You will be responsible for managing a receptive customer base where building strong relationships is crucial to success.

The company:Part of a multi-million pound organisation, our client is a global, market-leading partner in the audiology sector that continues to grow from strength to strength due to innovation and a real focus on product quality, customer requirements and after-sales support. This manufacturer has over 100 years of history within the audiology market and, as such, is a true leader within the industry.

The culture:As a leading manufacturer within the audiology market, they have an outstanding reputation for quality and customer service. As such, they strive for excellence and are passionate in their aim of helping improve people’s hearing through continued product innovation.

For this Key Account Manager role, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:

·Either sales experience within a healthcare related industry (e.g. optical, dental, pharmaceuticals)
·OR an audiologist / hearing aid dispenser looking to move into sales
·A passion and aptitude for selling technical products
·Able to travel and spend the occasional night away.
·Strong account management and relationship-building skills.

Benefits of this Key Account Manager role:

  • £40,000 – 43,000 basic salary with performance-related bonus of 30% of base salary (uncapped)
  • 10% pension
  • Fully expensed company car, fuel card
  • 26 days annual leave + stats

The Account Management role coversthe central England region including: Birmingham, Stoke, Chester, Wrexham, Stockport, Leicester, Derby, Nottingham, Sheffield, Barnsley, Doncaster, Hull, York.
