Evolve are partnering with a leading Pharmaceutical Company who are dedicated to transforming the lives of people with rare and debilitating diseases. In this role, you will drive the success of our clients specialised brands taking full ownership for developing and executing strategic key account plans.

This is a full time permanent position, based across the North of the UK.

Ideal Requirements for the Key Account Manager
• You will have more than 5 years of demonstratable success in specialised secondary care sales, ideally in Haematology or Oncology.
• Background in rare, orphan diseases or experience within small agile organisations.
• Product launch experience within high-science, speciality medicine.
• Bring a leadership mindset with ownership and accountability for territory outcomes.

Role Responsibilities for the Key Account Manager
• Building and maintenance of strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders.
• Identification and maximising opportunities within the NHS and private sector.
• Leading account and brand plan execution, adapting activities based on results and insights to ensure continuous business growth.
• Deliver agreed business and sales goals through smart, compliant activities within your defined territory.
