We are open to different levels of experience and the rolemay be titled Senior KAM depending on experience. About the RoleLocation: This position will cover the NW London/ Milton Keynes/Oxford territory. Please note this role requires the successfulcandidate to live on the territory and have the right to work inthe UK. Visa or relocation support are not available for this role.Your responsibilities: - Develop account plans for the product,customers and develop new business opportunities. - Develop andapply an understanding of customer organizations and networks andof diverse influences that affect customer decisions. - Developbusiness/clinical networks supporting Medical advocacy and keyopinion leader plans, including medical experts from customer oracademic communities. - Ensure that Novartis products andsupporting services are broadly understood and available to morepatients and customers. - Deploy and use Marketing and Salespromotional materials and programs; coordinate direct promotionprograms and facilitate pull-through activities. - Present highlytechnical portfolios to customer audiences. - Develop deepspecialist product and disease state knowledge in the specifictherapeutic area and leverage this to build professional customerrelationships and support sound clinical discussions. - Integratecustomer-facing activities in cross-functional teams (e.g. MedicalAffairs, Market Access) to achieve sales targets.
