Junior Test Engineer

on a six month, fixed-term-contract, to be based at our Head Office in Basingstoke.

The role

As

Junior Test Engineer , you will implement the V&V strategy in compliance with ISO 13485 and FDA QSR. You will develop process improvements to streamline test activities and enhance efficiency.

Key duties.

V&V test planning, execution and reporting.
Working with product development and other teams across the company to define testing strategies.
Developing detailed test plans per specifications.
Executing automated and manual test cases.
Evaluating, selecting and developing test automation tools and frameworks.
Ensuring that all test developments follow a disciplined engineering process.
Providing test forecasts and identifying test lab needs for future projects.
Communicating status regularly to peers and senior management.
Supporting preparation for internal and external audits.
Developing test procedures and work instructions as required by programs.

Junior Test Engineer

opportunity, you will have the following:

Essential skills

BSc/Beng in Science or Engineering related discipline.
Previous experience in testing, preferably in regulated industries (Medical Devices, Pharmaceutical or Aerospace).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to handle multiple challenging, unstructured areas of responsibility.
A naturally inquisitive person and problem solver.
Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot complex issues.
You will be a team player and be a positive individual with a ‘can do’ attitude.
