About the Role:

Our client is looking for a confident, organised, and proactive Junior Project Manager to join their team. This full-time, office-based role is ideal for someone eager to build their project management skills and advance their career within the pharmaceutical industry. You’ll lead a variety of projects with full training and support provided. In addition to your core project management responsibilities, you'll support operational tasks to ensure the smooth running of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage multiple projects from initiation through to successful completion

  • Develop, maintain, and monitor detailed project plans, including critical paths and timelines

  • Coordinate and communicate tasks across internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment

  • Track project progress, identify potential risks or delays, and implement effective mitigation strategies

  • Manage project documentation, including reports, schedules, and deliverables

  • Liaise with stakeholders at all levels to provide updates, gather feedback, and ensure project requirements are met

  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget

  • Facilitate meetings, prepare agendas, and document outcomes to keep projects on track

  • Support operational activities related to project execution as needed

  • Support the Operations Manager with occasional day-to-day office administration and task coordination

  • Support the fulfilment of internet orders and customer service tasks as needed

    About You:

  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and IT systems in general

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders at all levels

  • Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to take ownership of projects from start to finish

  • Confident in coordinating teams, driving progress, and managing competing priorities

  • Collaborative team player with a professional and approachable manner

  • Eagerness to learn and develop project management skills, with a willingness to receive feedback and continuously improve

  • Previous experience in project management or coordination is desirable but not essential
