We’re seeking a

Senior Project Manager

to join us at mccglc, a creative agency based in Shoreditch, London.

The

Senior Project Manager

role is an essential one within mccglc, leading the way in managing and delivering innovative exhibition projects. The successful candidate will have a positive approach to challenges, be self-motivated, multi-tasking, process-driven and have a passion for excellence.

Your job role and responsibilities:

·

The lead role of project management of exhibition builds and installations from concept to handling all aspects of on-site supervision, primarily in the pharmaceutical industry.
·

The project management of content from printed and construction
·

Handling projects through every stage, from receiving a brief to delivery of the final concept onsite, including:
o

Budget creation and management.
o

Timeline creation & management.
o

Manage resources, including personnel, vendors, and budgets.
o

Being the client and supplier’s main point of contact on the day to day
·

The ability to accurately brief and inspire excellent creative work from the creative department
·

Management of junior colleagues to deliver projects (although not direct line management)
·

You will report directly to the Head of Project Management

ensuring that they are kept fully informed of progress in each project

Your key skills:

·

At least 3 years experience in a production/project management role in a creative agency delivering exhibition booths (pharmaceutical and tech industry are a plus)
·

Demonstrates a strong track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to a high standard
·

Experience with liaising with multiple suppliers (construction, AV and content) to ensure seamless communication and planning
·

Excellent personnel and time management skills
·

Experience working with budgets from £400,000+
·

Experience using Google Drive Suite, Microsoft Office and time management and budget software (such as Procim, Hive)
·

An understanding of organiser and utility requirements during an exhibition build
·

Cool-headed and able to work effectively and efficiently to tight deadlines and inspire others to do so
·

High-level experience in client-facing situations and have the ability to interpret their needs
·

Strong solution focused approach to projects
·

The ability to problem solve and predict problems with assigned tasks
·

Willingness and ability to travel
·

Fluency in spoken and written English and have the right to work in the UK
