We are looking for:

We’re on the hunt for a Junior Producer/Project Manager with a passion for big, bold digital and creative campaigns! If you've got experience supporting or delivering large-scale projects, along with some solid knowledge of social media content and video production – we want to hear from you! We want to bring your knowledge to the pharmaceutical industry.

You’ll be supporting and delivering social creative campaigns for our pharmaceutical and healthcare clients across international markets . Working closely with our talented Pharma team, you’ll collaborate with clients to bring their vision to life and guide our designers in creating high-quality content that ticks all the boxes.


Typical Tasks

  • Using Asana (or similar) creating tickets and briefs for studio workflow
  • Research and set up ideas sessions to bring client projects to life
  • Note taking during ideas sessions
  • Downloading and organising assets (footage included)
  • Reviewing AV footage and suggesting timestamps
  • QA’ing social creative in the studio
  • Attend client meetings with Senior Producers, building relationships and notetaking
  • Contribute to ideas sessions


What you can bring to Substance:

The ideal candidate...

  • has 1+ years producer or project management experience delivering creative campaigns for brands. Pharmaceutical/healthcare industry experience is desirable, but not essential, while experience working with design/creative departments is key
  • is a highly effective and diligent communicator in both written and verbal formats
  • feels comfortable working within a fast-paced team environment on various projects simultaneously, working to tight deadlines and has proficient problem solving skills
  • has strong IT skills (G Suite, MS Office)
  • can accurately update end of campaign reports, and share status updates
  • has experience of participating in brainstorms and inputting into proposal writing and pitching
  • will input or research into new ideas and concepts to a project
  • is knowledgeable about digital and creative formats for social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, Tik Tok etc)
  • is knowledgeable of the capabilities of the Adobe Suite of studio creative tools including PhotoShop and AfterEffects
  • Keen eye for detail to quality check creative
