Detectamet, a global leader in the design and manufacture of detectable products used in the food and pharmaceutical industries, is looking for a Junior Product Manager to join our dynamic and innovative team.

You will play a hands-on role in supporting the development, launch, and lifecycle management of our global product range. This is an exciting opportunity to gain cross-functional experience while contributing to product innovation in a fast-paced, purpose-driven business. You will work closely with the Product, Sales & Marketing teams to ensure our product range meets the evolving needs of our customers in highly regulated environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting in product development and project management tasks
- Conducting competitor and market research to inform product decisions
- Help implement our new product strategy and identify opportunities to improve existing lines
- Gathering and analysing customer feedback to improve product offerings
- Supporting new product launches with the Marketing and Sales teams
- Monitoring product performance and reporting key metrics
- Helping manage product documentation, pricing, and specifications.
- Help implement our new product strategy and identify opportunities to improve existing lines
- Support the ongoing maintenance of our PIM (Product Information Management) system
- Help improve and update product data, specs, and imagery for customer use
What we are looking for?
- A keen interest in product management, innovation, and process improvement
- Strong organisational and analytical skills
- Detail-oriented with good communication and teamwork abilities
- Comfortable working with data and cross-functional teams
- Ideally a degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Product Design or a related field
- Experience in a product or commercial role is a bonus
