About the role

Join TPL Vision as a Junior Product Manager at Perth (UK) and lead the life cycle of our LED Illumination solutions. You'll bridge Sales and Development, introducing products to the market, managing custom solutions, specifying product requirements, and staying ahead of industry trends.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Introduction: Drive successful product launches by understanding customer needs and competitive landscapes.
  • Custom Product Management: Collaborate with Development to deliver tailored solutions that exceed customer expectations.
  • Product Specification: Define and refine product specs, ensuring alignment with market demands.
  • Market Trends: Stay updated on industry shifts to drive innovation and maintain our competitive edge.
  • Sales-Development Liaison: Act as the link between Sales and Development, ensuring alignment and effective communication.
  • Product Demonstration: Showcase product capabilities at shows, internally and to customers. 


Essential skills & experience:

  • BSc/BEng or higher degree in Mechanics, Electronic, Photonics, Physics, or similar
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Good Microsoft Office Skills


Desired (but not essential) skills:

  • Written or spoken French or German
  • Experience designing LED illumination
  • Experience in machine vision
  • Experience working in tangent with Mechanical and Electronic Designers

The role offers a competitive salary, full-time hours (e.g., Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm), onsite parking, and a conveniently located office in Perth. For the right candidate, hybrid working (home and office) is possible after the completion of the probation period.
