My client are a fast-growing SaaS company who are mission-led. Their solutions help pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and contract research companies to streamline clinical trial processes.


They are looking to appoint a Junior Legal Operations Professional to spearhead the implementation of their CLM system, DocuSign management and general legal processes improvement.


In this newly created position, you will be part of a small team, reporting to the VP, Legal.


Key Responsibilities

  • CLM Implementation: Drive the implementation of the CLM system, LinkSquares, including configuration, data migration, and process optimisation to meet tight deadlines.
  • DocuSign Management: Oversee internal use of DocuSign, ensuring efficient contract execution and proper system integration.
  • Process Improvement: Develop and document streamlined workflows for contract management and legal operations to enhance efficiency of legal team.
  • Project Management: Stay on top of CLM and related projects, tracking progress, managing timelines, and coordinating with legal, IT, and other teams.
  • Data Accuracy: Maintain accurate contract records in the CLM system, ensuring high attention to detail and compliance with internal policies.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to support CLM adoption and training.
  • Ad-Hoc Support: Assist with additional legal operations tasks, such as vendor coordination or process audits, as needed.


Ideal candidate

  • 2-3 years’ experience in a paralegal or legal operations role.
  • In-house experience, ideally within a technology or pharmaceutical company.
  • High-energy individual who can hit the ground running and get things done in a fast-paced environment.
  • Hands-on experience with CLM tools, ideally LinkSquares.


This is an exciting time to join a scaling legal function who can offer fully remote working, if required.
