About the Business Division:

This role is part ofQQFS, a Gothenburg based fieldwork agency and a wholly owned subsidiary of M3 Inc. QQFS is a leading provider of data-collection services for the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry. We specialize in conducting both qualitative and quantitative market research in The Nordics and Benelux regions, in addition to Austria and Switzerland.

Job Description

As a Junior Account Manager, you are the key player on the accounts assigned to you, maintaining regular client contact, and acting as an ambassador of QQFS. You will be accountable for the preparation and delivery of client bids and with this excellent client service.

The client will seek your advice, trust your judgement, and value your opinion. You will have enthusiasm for your client's business bringing your knowledge and expertise to bear in QQFS work.

As a Junior Account Manager, you should be competent in putting together bids for your clients; establishing feasibility, competitive pricing, ensuring timescales are met and the business is best placed to support the client. You will be expected to demonstrate initiative and be proactive in developing your accounts.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Including, but not limited to the following:

  • You will develop a strong relationship with your assigned accounts, develop and grow each account as per your objectives
  • You are responsibility for the bids allocated to you. You will respond to these bids in a timely manner and log them properly in the MR system
  • You will follow and understand the pricing and feasibility grid, timeline recommendations, have a good understanding of the client's business and seek advice from the fieldwork team for market specifics in order to provide the best possible and accurate bids.
  • You will follow up on bids, keep a record of the outcome and if needed discuss change of strategy with the Managing Director.
  • You will prepare client contracts based on template and reviewing accuracy of client commissioning documents
  • You will ensure excellent project delivery by working with and providing guidance to the fieldwork team, this involves briefing the project team on project and client specifics. You will also provide support in escalations
  • You will work together with the sales team to deliver the company goals.
  • You should look at current processes and practices and suggest improvements to the Managing Director.
  • Prepare client contracts based on template and reviewing accuracy of client commissioning documents
  • Actively network within existing and new client contacts for any new business/prospects


Qualifications

Knowledge, Skill, Ability:

Junior Account Managers should move beyond just having knowledge of their Client's business. They should be capable of using this knowledge whether that is in discussions with the Client or briefing the project team.

Productive Client Relationships

The Account Manager's experience should allow them to foresee and forestall potential problems in all Client initiated projects/bids and will work together with the fieldwork team to manage client expectation and deliver the best outcome.

New Business Culture

Own the vibrant, competitive and supportive business development culture. Focus on prospecting and new account acquisition.

Presentation and Communication Skills

At this level, a vast competency is expected in client presentations such as project reviews (when requested) and the Managing Director should feel confident in participating in kick off calls and able to hold their own.

Teamwork

The Junior Account Manager is the central co-ordination role of the team, providing accurate briefing and ensuring that information is available when required by the fieldwork team or other departments. They should be comfortable working with all department.

It is expected that the Junior Account Manager has the judgment to know when they should seek guidance from their seniors prior to a situation becoming critical and to offer support when they feel it is needed.

Financial responsibility

Project should be sold based on feasibility guideline, pricing list and following discount plan and seek approval with the Head of Business Development if you like to reduce costs further.

The ability to look beyond the obvious to find innovative yet relevant solutions is at the heart of QQFS's offering.

Personal Qualities

This Junior Account Manager is expected to demonstrate enthusiasm and pride in constantly improving and developing the QQFS offer. You should be keen to learn and exceed expectations and the objectives/targets.

Employee Benefits:

  • 25 days Annual leave entitlement
  • You will be eligible to participate in the quarterly bonus scheme upon completion of your probationary period. This will be paid quarterly once probation has been passed.
  • You will be entitled to all statutory benefits as required by Swedish law, plus 25 days' annual leave plus public holidays, Pension scheme (4,5% employer contribution) and Group Life insurance, covering payments for Life insurance, loss of income if you are not able to work due to sickness (sjukförsäkring) and injury when working (Olycksfallsförsäkring).
