Position: IT Quality Analyst for Commercial Applications

Contract Duration: 3-6 months

Location: Weston, MA

Client: Pharmaceutical company

General Summary
As part of the IT Quality & Regulatory Compliance team, the IT Quality Analyst supports system development lifecycle activities, including validation review and change control approval of IT Commercial systems.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities

Approve system lifecycle deliverables to ensure compliance with procedures and complete documentation.

Represent IT Quality & Regulatory Compliance on all IT Commercial projects.

Consult on SDLC deliverables and activities in accordance with SOPs and regulations.

Provide guidance, training, and support to IT personnel on SDLC processes.

Oversee quality assurance for system issues.

Assist with Change Control activities per standards.

Job Demands
This role requires attending meetings, assessments, and trainings, maintaining professionalism, demonstrating initiative, and managing multiple tasks within deadlines.

Qualifications

Knowledge of IT Controls methodologies, including GAMP5 and ITIL.

Experience with IT Commercial Applications (e.g., CRM systems, Salesforce).

Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.

Experience with Veeva CRM and similar systems.

Excellent communication skills.

Knowledge of software QA in regulated environments.

Understanding of infrastructure technology.

Ability to work independently and in teams.

Minimum of three years in an IT SQA or Quality role.
