Your new companyIs a UK-based pharmaceutical company specialising in the neurology market. They focus on developing innovative products for chronic and serious medical conditions, with a particular emphasis on the treatment of Parkinson's disease.
Your new roleIn this position, you will bridge the gap between IT and business operations, requiring a unique blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and communication skills. You'll translate business needs into effective technology solutions and contribute to various IT initiatives that align with our strategic objectives.
What you'll need to succeed
Essential:

  • Proven experience as an IT Business Partner or similar role, preferably in a regulated industry.
  • Demonstrable expertise in SAP S/4 HANA.
  • Broad IT technical understanding with troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Project management and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Familiarity with GxP regulations and system validation.
  • Financial acumen and budgeting skills.


Desirable:

  • Good understanding of GxP practices and Computer Systems Validation (CSV).
  • Knowledge of Prince2 & Agile methodologies.
  • Good understanding of change management best practices.
