Subtle Energies, a global leader in holistic wellness and results-driven skincare, is seeking an experienced and driven Account Manager to join our growing international team.


This role is ideal for someone passionate about wellness, who thrives on building strong relationships and delivering strategic support to luxury spa partners. 


Based in the UK/EU or open to other key international regions, this is a rare opportunity to represent a brand trusted by the world’s most iconic wellness destinations including The Peninsula Hotels, Six Senses, and One&Only Resorts.


What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in spa, skincare, or wellness account management
  • A deep passion for holistic health, luxury wellness, and clean beauty
  • Ability to inspire, educate, and motivate spa teams at all levels
  • Strong strategic thinking and commercial acumen to drive revenue
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and growing accounts
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Experience working with luxury hotel groups or wellness retailers is a plus
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and data-driven sales tools
  • Comfortable working independently and across time zones
  • Based in the UK/EU or willing to travel internationally as needed


Role Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for spa and retail partners, ensuring exceptional support
  • Strengthen client relationships and nurture long-term partnerships
  • Deliver brand trainings, events, and presentations that energise and educate
  • Work closely with marketing and education teams to drive brand engagement
  • Interpret sales performance, set growth strategies, and deliver on commercial targets
  • Support launch and post-opening activities for new accounts
  • Collaborate with logistics and operations to ensure timely fulfilment and service
  • Represent the brand’s values and mission with authenticity and integrity
