Location: Gainsborough
Salary: £38,000 basic + 25 DAYS HOLIDAY, Healthcare, staff discount, 5% pension, progression opportunities

As we continue to grow, we are looking to recruit an experienced Internal Sales Executive to support our commercial operations.

The Role:
As an Internal Sales Executive, you will play a key role in supporting the sales team by preparing accurate and timely quotations, managing customer enquiries, and maintaining pricing records. The ideal candidate will have experience in producing detailed quotations and a strong command of Microsoft Excel to manage costing and pricing data effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed and accurate quotations for customers in a timely manner.

Work closely with sales, production, and finance teams to gather the necessary information for costings and proposals.

Maintain and update customer pricing, sales records, and quotation databases using Excel.

Respond to customer enquiries and follow up on outstanding quotes.

Support the external sales team with administration, documentation, and reporting.

Track and report on key sales performance indicators.

Contribute to pricing strategies and ensure margin targets are met.

Requirements:

Proven experience in an internal sales or sales administration role.

Demonstrated ability to prepare complex and detailed quotations.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel

High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Strong communication and organisational skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
