Internal Sales Executive

Salary - £27,500 - £32,500

Annual Bonus

Location – Ramsbottom, Bury

We are currently recruiting for an internal sales executive for a rapidly growing manufacturing business. The company have experienced excellent UK Sales growth and are now looking for an internal sales executive to develop relationships and support the external sales team.

As an internal sales executive, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and expanding the client base. Your ability to understand client needs, effectively communicate with stakeholders, and provide exceptional customer service will be key to your success

Internal Sales Executive Role & Responsibilities

· Manage and grow a portfolio of accounts

· Develop and build strong relationships

· Order processing

· Up-selling and cross-selling across the product range

· Understanding the customers need

· Performing prospecting to dormant accounts and leads

· Offering a high level of customer service

Typical customers include National Distributors, Automotive, Construction, Retail Production, Pharmaceutical, Oil and Gas, Utilities and Civil Engineers

Experience required

· 1-3 years’ experience in internal sales, account management, business development, customer service or marketing.

· Business to business experience is ideal for this opportunity

· A clear drive and desire to succeed and grow sales

· Enjoy working to targets and within a small team

This role will suit candidates who enjoy sales and regularly speaking with a variety of customers and solving their problems.

The company will offer in depth training and support while you start with the company and excellent opportunities for progression into sales team leader or a field sales role will be available for successful account managers
