Client: My clients is a Tier 1 M&E contractor specialising in several sectors Pharmaceutical, Commercial, Data Centre and Petrochemical. The business has seen a significant amount of growth in the last 5 Years. With a traditional engineering mindset and reinvestment into new principals, the business expects the next two years to be a similar period of growth. After a successful year they now sit at a national turnover of over £300m. In the UK they have just been appointed on a £55m M&E value pharmaceutical project in Surrey.

Role: Intermediate Mechanical Project Engineer – Salary £50,000 - £60,000 + Package Depending on experience

Responsibilities:

• Design Review (scope gaps)
  
  
• Technical Submittals
  
  
• Procurement (subcontractors, kit and plant)
  
  
• Programming of work (MS Project)
  
  
• Health and Safety (RAMS)
  
  
• Management of the technical installation
  
  
• Assisting with commissioning
  
  
• Design meetings
  
  
• Day to day running of the Mechanical package
  
  The ideal candidate:
  
  
• Progressed from a trades background and have good technical knowledge within their own discipline (i.e. public health, sprinklers, duct work etc.)
  
  
• Must have experience working in the commercial or industrial sector
  
  
• Experience managing Mechanical packages to a minimum of £3M within your own discipline
  
  
• HNC in Building Services
