WSR are recruiting for an Inside Sales Executive for our esteemed client based in Towcester.

 Role: Inside Sales Executive

Salary: £30,000 DOE + 15% Bonus + Annual Bonus

Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30 / 9 am – 5 / 5.30 pm, Hybrid 3/2 split

Location: Towcester, Northants

Role overview

Our client is one of the UK’s leading pharmaceutical companies with a hard-earned reputation for excellence. They are now looking to hire an experienced Inside Sales Executive to join their busy team. The role reports to the Sales Area Manager and will have significant interaction with the Customer Services and the wider Sales team. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with Customers and Suppliers as well as maintaining accurate records on company systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain relationships with vet practices and wholesalers by promoting and selling products per company policies and customer prioritisation.
Promote and sell products in line with sales objectives and marketing strategies, contributing to targets.
Share market information and provide reports on activities, results, opportunities, risks, and feedback.
Process orders, respond to customer requests, and maintain accurate records on company systems/CRM.
Develop a call plan based on the marketing department’s sales strategy and targets.
Support the customer services line, handling product and service enquiries.
Engage in regular product training and participate in sales meetings, product launches, and congresses.
Accompany Territory Managers on field visits to understand the field sales team’s function and build relationships.
Help achieve annual sales and profit objectives in line with company strategies and policies.
 Key Skills and Experience:

Previous Sales or Account Management experience
Prior experience in hitting KPI’s consistently
Must be computer literate, and competent in Excel, and Outlook.
Must be able to use own initiative and prioritise work to meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and communication skills are essential.
Additional Information:

This is a full-time permanent role working Monday to Friday 8.30 / 9 am – 5 / 5.30 pm.
Opportunity for hybrid working, 3 days in the office and 2 at home.
Dog-friendly office.
25 Days Holiday + Bank holidays increasing by 1 day each year after the first 2 years.
Personal Bonus of 15-20% of annual salary paid annually.
Additional discretionary 7-10% annual bonus.
