ROLE OVERVIEW


Our client is currently looking for an IT Support Analyst to join a leading pharmaceutical company based in Liverpool. As the IT Support Analyst, you will be responsible for providing support to users of all IT Business Services and assisting in the deployment and management of these services.


KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


Your duties as the IT Support Analyst will be varied; however, the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:


1. Provide support to all users of the IT Business Services.

2. Log and resolve incidents, service requests, problems, and changes through to a satisfactory resolution.

3. Administer IT Business Services in line with company policy and procedure.

4. Suggest and implement improvements in existing IT systems and procedures.


ROLE REQUIREMENTS:


To be successful in your application to this exciting role as the IT Support Analyst, we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:


1. Degree in an IT related field (or equivalent experience.)

2. Proven industry experience in desktop support and Microsoft 365.

3. A working knowledge and practical experience with IT hardware and software installation and management.
