HVAC Lead – Pharmaceutical Tier 1 Main Contractor – Oxford

Partnering with arguably one of the UK's leading Tier 1 main contractors, we are recruiting an HVAC Lead to deliver a £250m pharmaceutical project in Oxford. This role will lead the HVAC function of the project.

With a five-year+ pipeline of projects secured in the Oxford/Reading/Swindon area, this builder is expanding their local team with a newly established HVAC Lead position.

The builder has been established for over 100 years and has demonstrated strong year-on-year profitability, while building long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders across the Life Sciences, Commercial, Industrial, Defence, Residential, Healthcare, and Retail sectors.

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced HVAC Lead with a proven track record of delivering projects in the healthcare or pharmaceutical sector. You will oversee the delivery stage, managing a high-performing team of Site Managers and subcontractors.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Mechanical Manager, Electrical Manager, and overall MEP Lead on-site. The project is currently three months into delivery, with approximately two years remaining.
