BioTalent are supporting a global pharmaceutical leader who focus on developing innovative treatments for serious and life-threatening conditions, on their search for aHuman Resource Specialistto join a dynamic HR team and play a key role in supporting people managers and delivering core HR initiatives across UK&I.


You’ll be a trusted partner to managers by coaching and advising, help shape employee experience, and drive positive outcomes across the employee lifecycle.


🔧What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Provide day-to-day support on employee relations and ensure compliance with local laws.
  • Coach and advise people managers, helping them confidently lead their teams.
  • Drive key HR processes like performance management, compensation planning, and more.
  • Contribute to organisational design changes and employee engagement strategies.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition, People Operations, and HRBPs to deliver integrated HR support.
  • Leverage HR data and insights to inform decision-making and improve outcomes.


What You’ll Bring:

  • 5+ years of experience in an HR generalist or HR delivery role.
  • Strong knowledge of employee relations with a practical understanding of UK employment law (Ireland experience is a bonus).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working in a HR position within the Pharma / Biotech industry is desirable
