About the role Our client, working exclusively with Lucy Walker Recruitment, is a global leader within their sector. They are looking to recruit a HR Administrator to join their UK HR team. The role will be based at one of their sites in either North or East Yorkshire. Candidates should ideally be a car driver and owner. The role offers hybrid working with 1 day from home and 4 days in the office.
This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with experience as a HR Administrator or HR Advisor, or for experienced Administrators seeking to move into HR and add value within a busy, diverse, and process-driven environment. You will support the wider European HR function and assist with various HR tasks across all areas.
Key skills and experience 5+ years of strong administration or business support experience
CIPD Level 3 is advantageous but not essential
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong IT skills, confident with MS Office
Knowledge of HR processes and policies is a plus
Experience with HR systems is beneficial
Highly organized, proactive, with the ability to multitask
Discretion and confidentiality are essential
Responsibilities Produce high-standard HR correspondence, letters, and documents
Manage HR systems and electronic files, ensuring they are up-to-date
Administer the benefits platform and update as needed
Handle HR enquiries from employees
Support recruitment and onboarding processes
Manage holiday and absence administration
Assist with induction for new starters and exit interviews
Support disciplinary procedures and related administration
Contribute to HR initiatives and Wellbeing activities
