A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Administrator to join a dynamic, people-first team on a permanent basis. Supporting two sites, you'll enjoy a varied role where independence and excellence is valued, and collaboration is key to success.

Administrator Responsibilities

This position will involve, but will not be limited to:

Provide administrative support to the Learning & Development team, including managing training logistics, calendars, and the learning management system.
Research and liaise with external providers and support senior team members with reporting and data extraction.
Support the team by processing candidates, coordinating references and contracts, and maintaining accurate records.
Arrange and track freelancer contracts, book meetings and travel (UK and international), and manage logistics for company-wide events.
Assist with financial admin tasks such as inputting data, running reports, and tracking software subscriptions in collaboration with the IT and finance teams.
Ensure smooth day-to-day operations across company offices, including ordering supplies, maintaining workspaces, and liaising with external suppliers and contractors.

Administrator Essentials

Proven experience in an administrative support role, with a track record of coordinating meetings, managing calendars, and arranging travel.
Highly organised and detail-oriented, with strong time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines under pressure.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a personable and adaptable approach to supporting a range of internal stakeholders.
Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience with SharePoint is a plus.
Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and a positive, solution-focused attitude.
Demonstrates initiative, with a willingness to anticipate needs, solve problems, and go the extra mile to ensure smooth operation.

Administrator Location

Based in South-West Oxfordshire, this is a hybrid-working role, with a requirement to be in the office every other week, or as required. There is free onsite parking available.
