Evolve are partnering exclusively with a leading provider of Eye Care treatments, who are seeking a HR Partner to join their team. You’ll provide a full range of HR services to the business and build strong consultative relationships with leaders across the business, working closely with colleagues from across the business they will lead.

This is a full time permanent position working 3 days in our clients head office in West Sussex.

Ideal Requirements for HR Partner

  • A business qualification with a specialisation in Human Resources is desirable.

  • Experience of working across a range of HR Disciplines ideally within areas of Recruitment, Policy Guidance, Employee Engagement, Communication and Business Partnering.

  • Excellent planning and organisation skills with a track record of delivering effectively.

  • Strong attention for detail and experience working in a fast paced and high energy environment.

    Role Responsibilities for HR Partner

  • Manage and provide guidance on all employee relations matters for their respective Region, Division and/or Departments.

  • Design and deliver training and communications where needed for Management and staff e.g., Diversity, Equity and inclusion, Recruitment, Engagement, and recognition.

  • Support and participate in the selection process and help with the design of assessments and interviews.

  • Manage HR systems (e.g. BambooHR, ADP)
