£22-25k + benefits + global collaborative working environment

We are looking to engage with an HR Coordinator to work closely with the HR Manager and assist an innovative and successful pharmaceutical organisation drive their end-to-end HR services and processes

HR Coordinator key responsibilities include:

  • Support in the day-to-day responsibilities that define the role of a Junior HR Executive, contributing to the growth and success of the business.

  • Participate and assist in the recruitment process by screening resumes and coordinating interviews.

  • Handle employee onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires, including orientation programs.

  • Assist in maintaining HR records and databases.

  • Contribute to the organisation of employee engagement activities.

  • Support managers in various HR administrative tasks and projects.

    HR Coordinator profile:

  • Minimum A’ level standard Education or Degree in HR or Business Administration or similar

  • 1-2yrs minimum in an HR Coordinator / Administrator position preferred

  • Experience working in Pharmaceuticals / Healthcare beneficial

  • Excellent IT capabilities with experience using Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and any internal database systems relevant to HR

  • Demonstrate a passion for having a career in HR, a willingness to learn and a proactive and enthusiastic attitude.

  • The business will potentially fund CIPD for the right individual.

  • Hindi speaking is beneficial
