Your new role
As a Healthcare Partnership Manager, you will be the key point of contact across Integrated Care Boards (ICBs), Health Boards (HBs), and NHS Trusts within your territory. Your primary responsibility will be to drive the adoption and market access of hospital and biosimilar brands. You'll engage with a wide range of stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, payors, and medicines management teams to position your portfolio as the preferred choice. This is a strategic, field-based role requiring a deep understanding of the biosimilar landscape, tendering processes, and NHS structures.
What you'll need to succeed

  • A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in pharmaceutical sales, ideally within the ICB/HB environment.
  • Proven success in account management and stakeholder engagement.
  • Strong knowledge of the UK healthcare system, reimbursement frameworks, and formulary processes.
  • Experience with biosimilars or specialty generics is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and strategic planning skills.
  • A degree-level qualification, ideally in a scientific or healthcare-related field.
  • A high level of integrity and compliance awareness, with a strong understanding of the ABPI Code of Practice.
