We're recruiting aHead of QHSEfor a dynamic, innovative high growth manufacturer. This is a senior leadership role reporting directly to the Operations Director, offering the chance to shape QHSE strategy, embed a culture of excellence, and influence business-wide improvement.


In this role, you will:

  • Define and execute the company’s quality, health, safety, and environmental vision and roadmap
  • Lead and manage ISO-accredited QHSE systems and standards
  • Promote a proactive safety culture and drive employee engagement
  • Oversee audits, compliance reviews, and root cause analysis processes
  • Collaborate across functions to deliver measurable improvement and sustainability
  • Build a high-performing, accountable team and lead change from the front

What we’re looking for:

  • 10+ years in a senior quality leadership role within manufacturing, engineering, pharmaceuticals, aerospace, automotive or other regulated sectors
  • Strong track record of creating and sustaining a quality-first culture
  • Excellent knowledge of QHSE systems and structured problem-solving methodologies
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
