Our Technical Development Programme consists of three 12-monthplacements where you will gain experience rotating across our key technicalareas. We operate globally across 92 locations so you should be open to theopportunity of relocating, within your region of residence, for yourplacements. Your responsibilities day to day will be dependent on your placementat the time but will usually consist of three of the following areas:
As part of the programme, you will receive tailoredpersonal and professional development, involving on-the-job training,residential workshops and access to over 5000 e-learning courses. By the end ofthe programme, you will have a deep understanding of the business and recognisehow you can drive our business forward and help us overcome the challenges ofthe future.
