Cure Talent is thrilled to partner with a global leader in medical technology, specialising in advanced surgical instruments and minimal invasive procedures. With a focus on innovation and improving patient outcomes, this company delivers high-quality solutions that set the standard in healthcare.

An exciting opportunity has arisen, and we are currently looking for a Graduate with a degree in either Biomedical Engineering or Human/Sport Sciences to join the team as Trainee Endoscopic Sales Specialist.

This role provides an opportunity to build your sales expertise within medical devices. Through a 12-month training program, you’ll contribute to the regional sales team and develop key skills, with the goal of advancing to the Associate role and eventually an Endoscopic Sales Specialist.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage your development through a structured training plan (TOPs system).

  • Support the sales team and logistics and assist with product demonstrations.

  • Train customers on equipment and manage associated processes.

  • Maintain accurate customer records and provide valuable market feedback.

  • Take on sales projects, manage leads, and support business development.

  • Attend regional and national meetings, exhibitions, and congresses.

    What do you need to be considered for the role:

  • Education to degree level, ideally in a relevant subject such as biomedical engineering or human/sport science.

  • You must possess a full UK driving license and be willing to travel regularly.

  • Commercial placement experience or B2B sales experience
