This is a unique opportunity to launch your career in the dynamic world of medical sales, focusing on cutting-edge products in the Neurology & Psychiatry space.

This isn’t just a sales role — it’s a launchpad for your career. Over two years, you’ll gain hands-on experience across multiple commercial functions, including field sales, marketing, and market access, giving you a holistic understanding of how a successful pharmaceutical business operates.

The start date for this position is 1st September 2025.

Ideal Requirements for the Graduate Medical Sales Representative

Full UK driving licence is essential.

Recent graduate, ideally in a scientific or business related subject.

Strong experience in a customer-facing environment.

Excellent demonstrable research into the medical sales industry.

Shadowing experience of a Medical Sales Representative is highly advantageous.

Keen desire to step into the medical sales industry.

Role Responsibilities of the Graduate Medical Sales Representative

Promote an innovative portfolio to healthcare professionals in Primary Care covering the South London area, combining both clinical insight and commercial acumen.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to identify opportunities and grow business within your territory.

Develop a deep understanding of brain disorders and communicate the science clearly and confidently.

Craft compelling value propositions and budget impact models that influence key decision-makers.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams across sales, marketing, market access, and medical affairs to contribute to brand strategy and execution.
