Position Summary: As an Account Coordinator, your primary role will be to manage and maintain existing business relationships for identified managed accounts across the EMEA region. You will work closely with the recruitment team to understand the account’s needs and requirements.
Job Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day operational activities for managed accounts, including:
Managing job orders within the client’s VMS tool and internal database
Distributing job orders to the internal team and managing the candidate submittal process
Participating in conference calls with managed accounts and sharing information with the team
Maintaining external job postings
Coordinating and scheduling interviews and candidate travel
Creating interview confirmation templates with details and notes
Requesting feedback on candidates and relaying information
Updating interview activity logs daily
Ensuring compliance with operational standards and employment laws
Managing the staffing process from start to finish
Assisting with onboarding, including paperwork and background checks
Managing timekeeping for contractors
Proactively managing open requisitions
Building professional relationships with key contacts
Developing and tracking account metrics
Qualifications: Associate’s degree or equivalent experience
Experience in recruiting, staffing, or customer/client-focused roles
Knowledge or experience in the Life Sciences field (preferred)
Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Intermediate proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint; knowledge of VMS tools (Fieldglass, Beeline, etc.) (preferred)
Strong English language skills; additional languages are a bonus
