Evolve is recruiting for an innovative rapidly expanding Medical Device organisation that brings pioneering, cost-effective Wound Care products to the UK market.

Our client is in search of a driven and passionate Graduate Medical Sales Representative to join their sales team, promoting a well-established Wound Care portfolio into key Primary and Secondary Care customers across West London and the South Central territory.

For your dedication and hard work, you will receive a fantastic starting salary of around £30,000 - £35,000 DOE, plus a bonus scheme, private healthcare, pension and more!

Ideal Requirements for the Graduate Medical Sales Representative

  • Full UK driving licence is essential.
  • Recent graduate, ideally in a scientific subject.
  • Strong sales experience in a customer-facing environment.
  • Excellent demonstrable research into the medical sales industry.
  • Shadowing experience of a Medical Sales Representative is highly advantageous.
  • Keen desire to step into the medical sales industry.

Role Responsibilities for the Graduate Medical Sales Representative

  • Increase territory sales by executing a strategic plan and working to the company KPIs.
  • Achieve agreed sales targets for full product portfolio.
  • Demonstrate ability to control audience and effectively communicate with all groups, ensuring that each customer receives key sales messages from every presentation.
  • Identify potential problems and create a plan of action to overcome.
