Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced GPhC-Registered Pharmacist to join a team on a permanent, full-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate professional to make a real difference in a supportive and innovative primary care environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality, patient-focused pharmaceutical care within a primary care setting.
    /n
  • Prescribe medications as an Independent Prescriber (IP) in accordance with current clinical guidelines and local protocols.
    /n
  • Work closely with GPs, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimise patient care.
    /n
  • Conduct clinical medication reviews and support patients with long-term conditions.
    /n
  • Promote evidence-based prescribing and contribute to improving prescribing practices.
    /n
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory and clinical standards.
    /n

    What We’re Looking For

    /n

    /n
  • Master’s degree in Pharmacy (or equivalent at time of qualification).
    /n
  • GPhC registration with no restrictions or conditions.
    /n
  • Independent Prescriber (IP) qualification is essential.
    /n
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a primary care environment.
    /n
