BioTalent is currently supporting a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company developing advanced therapies to treat cancer,. They are seeking a highly motivated GMP Trainer to deliver Operational GMP training to production staff within Clinical Trial Manufacturing.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Train staff on GMP processes, technical skills, and new procedures across multiple functions.
  • Design and deliver engaging, interactive training—both in-person and virtual—including inductions for new starters.
  • Develop innovative training materials and manage content using a Learning Management System.
  • Support GMP compliance through ongoing training updates and collaboration with external training providers.


Requirements:

  • Experience delivering training and working in a cleanroom or aseptic environment.
  • Background in biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, or busy lab settings is preferred.
  • Degree in a biological science and familiarity with GMP regulations are advantageous.
  • Knowledge of biopharmaceutical and cell-based techniques.
