We are looking for a driven individual to join our newly formed Data Solutions Team, within Aon’s UK Retirement business. This is a team which brings together specialists from across our business to deliver project work for clients.

This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from any UK Aon office.

What The Day Will Look Like

Overseeing the delivery of a bank of GMP rectification projects
Scrutinising GMPR calculation work
Helping to solve any challenges which arise
Consulting with client teams and clients on the projects
Developing and documenting processes and consulting materials
Working with wider management to meet our business objectives
Problem solving a variety of data challenges linked to settlement projects.

As a GMP Rectification Specialist, you will get the opportunity to interact with a wide range of colleagues and teams within the UK Retirement business. You’ll join a team near the start of its journey and have a significant influence on its direction and impact.

Your delivery will directly contribute to the ‘Aon Story’. Having a strong network of colleagues for support is pivotal for your individual development, and your network of colleagues will naturally increase rapidly from day one.

Individual development within the role will be fast paced, with new and interesting challenges presenting themselves through changes in pensions legislation and industry initiatives.

Skills And Experience That Will Lead To Success

Be proactive and self-motivated, with a desire to own and deliver the best solutions for Aon
Be willing to improve processes and adapt to change
Have experience of similar projects, such as GMP rectification or equalisation
Have strong time-management skills, able to prioritise and manage several projects
Ability to identify project risks/issues, and work with internal stakeholders to mitigate
Have good interpersonal skills and be able to work well in a team
