Key Responsibilities:


  • Drive the implementation of global pricing strategies that protect net price and maximise commercial value.
  • Support brand teams in developing and embedding innovative pricing strategies across the portfolio.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional global and affiliate teams to translate strategic pricing concepts into actionable, market-ready solutions.
  • Lead governance processes for evaluating and approving novel pricing models.
  • Build pricing capability across global and affiliate teams through training and best-practice sharing.


Essential Experience & Skills:


  • Global-level experience in Market Access or Strategic Pricing, ideally within pharma/biotech or a consultancy setting.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and commercial acumen.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
