We are seeking a forward-thinking and innovativeLogistics & Inventory Managerto drive the transformation of our global logistics and inventory network. This role will be pivotal in shaping the future of our operations, ensuring that Sinclair leads the market as a holistic aesthetic leader. The ideal candidate will not only oversee the operational logistics but also challenge the status quo, disrupting traditional processes to create a more agile, efficient, and responsive logistics function. This is an opportunity to be a key player in driving operational excellence and scaling our business across global markets.


Location: UK or Europe (remote or hybrid options available depending on candidate location)


Key Responsibilities:

Transformative Logistics Strategy:

  • Oversee and drive the transformation of our global logistics and inventory operations, implementing disruptive strategies that improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance flexibility.
  • Lead the re-engineering of our supply chain network to align with Sinclair’s mission to be the global leader in aesthetics, ensuring our logistics operations are nimble and future-proof.

Operational Excellence and Innovation:

  • Continuously identify opportunities to innovate and improve logistics and inventory processes, leveraging cutting-edge technologies, data analytics, and automation to stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Drive the shift towards best-in-class practices in logistics and inventory management, positioning Sinclair’s operations as the benchmark in the aesthetic industry.

Holistic Inventory Management:

  • Oversee the management of inventory across global markets, ensuring optimal stock levels, improved forecasting, and alignment with the needs of both the Injectable and EBD business units.
  • Lead initiatives to streamline stock control, eliminate inefficiencies, and align operations with strategic business goals.

Global P&L Ownership & Accountability:

  • As part of the budget planning, allocate and track logistics and inventory expenses across regions, ensuring alignment with financial targets and clear P&L ownership at both the corporate and regional levels.
  • Work closely with key stakeholders to ensure the effective management of all logistical expenses, including the allocation of costs for 3PL initiatives, IT projects, and direct resources, ensuring these align with Sinclair's growth objectives.

Collaborative Leadership:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, regulatory, and sales, to align logistics strategies with business goals and customer requirements.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and performance excellence within the logistics team and across the wider business, driving continuous improvement.

Driving Operational Synergies:

  • Identify and execute opportunities to drive synergies across both Injectable and EBD business units, ensuring a cohesive and integrated approach to global logistics and inventory management.
  • Work closely with other operational leaders to streamline processes, reduce redundancies, and improve the customer experience through effective logistics and inventory practices.

Compliance & Industry Leadership:

  • Ensure all logistics and inventory management practices comply with relevant regulations and quality standards, particularly for medical devices and injectables.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, identifying and adopting best practices that reinforce Sinclair’s position as a leader in the global aesthetics market.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in managerial logistics in global companies, with a strong track record in leading logistics and inventory management across multiple regions.
  • At least 5 years of experience in logistics and inventory management, with a preference for experience in the pharmaceutical, medical device, or injectables industry.
  • Proven ability to disrupt traditional logistics models and drive operational transformation.
  • Strong background in P&L management, cost control, and budgeting processes.
  • Expertise in leveraging technology, data, and innovation to optimize supply chain operations.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills, with a passion for driving change and improving systems.
  • Strong leadership abilities, with a focus on collaboration and inspiring teams.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
