Adecco are currently recruiting for a Global Data and Document Specialist.

The Global Data and Documents Regulatory Specialist plays a pivotal role in ensuring regulatory compliance through effective management of data and documentation across the clients global markets.

This position is responsible for maintaining data and document integrity, and supporting regulatory submissions while ensuring alignment with global regulatory requirements and company standards.

Successful candidate will:

Monitor data management processes through regular quality assessments to maintain data completeness, timeliness, integrity, and accuracy.
Maintain and update data quality issue logs, global glossaries, and data dictionaries while managing system user accounts.
Generate managerial KPI reports and escalate issues related to data quality performance and system functionality.
Manage document uploads and imports into electronic document management system (Veeva Vault), including study reports and regulatory documentation.
Execute quality assurance checks and cleanup activities on imported documents, ensuring data accuracy and proper attribute properties for regulatory submissions.
Propose and implement data quality improvements based on industry best practices and identified needs.Essential:

BSc or MSc in a scientific discipline.
Comprehensive knowledge of document management systems (e.g., Veeva Vault)
Knowledge on IT systems and data management, familiar with the concept of databases.Critical Experience

Experience in data and document management in Regulatory Affairs, within the agricultural or pharmaceutical industry.
Demonstrated experience with electronic document management systems and regulatory submissions
Successfully worked in an international and multidisciplinary project team environment12 month FTC.
