6AM - 6PM / 6PM - 6AM - ROTATING WEEKLY
£13.95 PER HOUR BASIC
People Solutions are currently recruiting for a General Operative to join our well-established client based in WORCESTER.
This is a fantastic opportunity offering great rates of pay and room to grow and progress.

Day to Day Duties
As a General Operative your duties will include but not be limited to:
Sorting various types of medical, clinical, and pharmaceutical waste and preparing these to be processed accordingly, most of which is incinerated on site
Loading various recycling bins
Processing various types of refuse as per requirements
Operating a FLT Counterbalance truck
Organize waste areas and place bins in correct areas
Manually sorting waste via hand
All PPE will be provided
Other duties as assigned
Essential Skills
As a General Operative, you will need the following:
Good communication skills and the ability to multi-task
Accuracy and attention to detail
Organisational skills
Reliability
Self-motivated
Flexible and willing take on a variety of tasks
Team Player
Desirable Experience
Working with medical, clinical and pharmaceutical waste
Experience operating a FLT Counterbalance Truck
Training
Full training on company policies and procedures will be provided by the client
