You will lead the vision, strategy, and performance of your team to deliver superior customer experiences through Randstad's omni-channel approach, achieving sustainable growth, increased market share, and profitability. Manage and inspire Practice Managers and individual contributors to exceed targets in digital-driven marketplace.
