To Drive The Adoption And Growth Of Our Commercialized And Future Products Across European Markets We Offer The Following Full-time Position Located In Either Germany Or The UK

Senior Marketing Manager Europe *

Main Tasks & Responsibilities

Creating tailored marketing strategies for European markets.
Analyzing trends and competitive landscapes in the molecular imaging sector.
Establishing a strong brand presence with consistent messaging while aligning with the global plan.
Planning and executing successful product launches and promotional activities.
Collaborating with healthcare professionals and industry partners to drive product adoption.
Leveraging online channels for marketing efforts.
Tracking KPIs to evaluate and adjust marketing initiatives.
Ensuring marketing activities adhere to regional and pan-European regulations.
Work with sales, medical affairs, and regulatory teams to align strategies.
Overseeing the marketing budget and resource allocation.
Tailoring marketing content to fit regulatory, language, and cultural differences.
Staying updated on industry trends and optimizing strategies based on feedback.

Skills

Strong analytical abilities, excellent communication skills, proficiency in digital marketing tools, and the ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment
Experience working across multiple European markets with knowledge of regional differences in marketing and compliance landscapes
Fluent in English; proficiency in additional European languages is a plus.
Ability to travel across Europe as required (30%)
Excellent organizational and time management skills
MS Office skills, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Experience/ Education

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
Extensive marketing experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or medical imaging sector, with a proven track record of successful product marketing
