What You'll Be Doing

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you'll be:
Making outbound sales calls to clients — new and existing — to promote Optimus Search as a trusted recruitment partner
Attending client meetings and negotiating commercial terms
Creating job adverts and engaging social content to attract top talent
Actively headhunting candidates with niche skillsets
Managing interview processes and delivering job offers
Building lasting relationships with both clients and candidates
