About Us:


We’re Team Eleven- an independent agency that’s on top of our game. Our work for a growing base of well-known global brands is turning heads; we love creating and crafting ideas for everything from teeth to cars, chocolate to beauty, and the buzz of new business pitches. You’ll be in the thick of it and hopefully working from our knockout Bradford on Avon office, a stone’s throw from Bath and Bristol.


About the role:


This will be a freelancing position for approximately 3 months.


Our Motion Graphics Team work hard to make our clients visions become a reality. The role will primarily focus on pharmaceutical brands, accounting for approximately 80% of your projects, while the remaining 20% will involve working on diverse sectors such as confectionery, automotive, and cosmetics. This variety will allow you to showcase your versatility and apply your creative skills across different industries.


About you:


You will possess an extensive knowledge of Adobe's Creative Cloud, with particular expertise in After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop. Your proficiency in these tools will be crucial as you collaborate with us to deliver high-quality work for our global clients.


Duties:


Advertising is a tough business, so it is critical that we maintain high standards on all the work we produce for our clients.


As a Motion Graphics Designer, you will support the team to develop motion graphics content including concepting, storyboarding, animation and editing.


You will be required to:


  • Analyse client briefs and develop content that aligns with their vision and objectives.
  • Create storyboards, edit videos, and apply knowledge of video specifications to bring concepts to life.
  • Assist the design team with graphic design tasks and light artwork as needed.
  • Handle bulk versioning and transcreation of assets.
  • Maintain well-organised, shareable, and securely backed-up working files.
  • Continuously expand expertise in motion graphics software and industry best practices.
  • Accurately log and submit timesheets.
  • Handle any administrative tasks required in the role


Requirements:


  • Ideally, to be able to work from our office in Bradford on Avon a minimum of 3 days a week.
  • Please provide a link to your show reel to assist us with shortlisting- your portfolio should showcase strong motion design capabilities. Please also include your day rate.
  • Strong knowledge of Adobe CC especially After Effects and design software (Illustrator/Photoshop). Colour grading, compositing, XD and 3D software would be desirable.
  • Mac literate (essential).
  • Experience and knowledge of design principles and best practices.
  • Understanding of creating well-crafted social content experiences a bonus.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work under tight timelines.
  • Collaborative team player that is happy to share ideas, take constructive feedback, and support with additional work when required.
  • Be calm under pressure.
  • Have strong oral and written communication skills.
  • A resourceful creative thinker.
  • Ability to deliver against tight and complex timelines.
